Forgemont Builders holds state general contractor licence GC-214870, a $2M performance bond capacity per project and $5M general liability cover. Certificates are sent with every proposal.

Every client gets a live project page with the phase timeline, weekly photos, the site diary and upcoming inspections, plus a named project manager on the phone.

A two-year workmanship warranty on all work, ten years on structure, and manufacturer warranties of up to 50 years on roofing systems we install.
